Your health data, read and connected.

One date line
Lab draws land on the same line, so a change can be compared with the treatment that came before it.
Jump to
Press ⌘K and start typing. Results cover every marker, medication and report.
What it builds
Four layers, one record
Each report you add makes the record more useful. The point is not storage, it is having everything connect over time.
Values
Every number is pulled out of your reports with the date it was measured and the range it belongs to. Repeats are recognized, so one result stays one result.
Trend
Each marker shows where it sits inside its normal band, which way it has moved over the last 60 days, and how quickly. Blood counts also show whether they are recovering after a cycle.
Context
Infusion cycles, daily medications and scans sit on the same date line as your lab draws. A change can be read against what was happening around it.
Recall
Anything is one keystroke away. Type a marker, a drug or a scan and you land on that chart, record or treatment with its full history.
What you see
Six ways into the same record
Lab trends
Each marker with its reference band and every draw plotted in date order. Pin the ones you watch.
Flowsheet
Every marker by test date in one grid, grouped by body system. Values outside their range are shaded. It prints cleanly.
Treatments
Infusion periods and daily medications, with the days you actually took them marked on a calendar.
Imaging and reports
Scans, pathology and molecular reports stay attached to the dates they belong to, with impressions one click away.
Quick jump
Press ⌘K and type a marker, drug or scan name. Results cover every lab value, medication and record.
Sharing
Invite family or clinicians to read the record, or to help manage it. You choose who sees what.
How it works
- 01
Upload
Add lab PDFs, scan reports, photos of printed results, or typed notes.
- 02
Organized
Numbers are read out, checked for repeats, and placed on the timeline by the date measured.
- 03
Understood
Follow one marker across months, compare it with treatment dates, and print a clean summary for a visit.
